In the context of Bangladesh, despite the expansion of education, Bengalis are lagging behind in their economic well-being. There is no adequate work system. One of the reasons why the majority of our youth is caught in a huge net called unemployment is the failure to study and build a career in non-technical subjects. Interestingly technical course like nursing education system has the ability a to reduce this failure to a great extent. Through which a nursing student gets an opportunity to become financially independent soon after completing his studies.

The government of nurse-friendly public leader Sheikh Hasina has given second-class jobs to the students of the nursing sector. Moreover, there are golden opportunities to join various private institutions, there is an opportunity to build a career abroad and get qualified and fulfilled through higher education.

Currently I am working as Principal in Dynamic Nursing College. This institution is a private first level nursing education institution approve by BNMC. This institution is established in Mohammadpur, Dhaka in 2020 .

There are currently four courses in this institution-

1. BSc in Nursing,
2. Post Basic BS in Nursing,
3. Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery,
4. Diploma in Midwifery courses are ongoing.

My institution Dynamic Nursing College is able to play a special role for a nurse practitioner by working as a role model as an ideal citizen in addition to a noble profession.

Creative ways to develop creative thinking from the inevitability of creative thinking lead this institution’s education program. The features of the college are as follows:
